- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement long term strategies for equipment operations, aligning with organizational objectives and project execution needs.
- Oversee the planning, deployment, and performance of all equipment across projects to ensure high availability, cost efficiency, and compliance with operational requirements.
- Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and manpower resources by overseeing planning, logistics, and operational coordination.
- Direct the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle plans to extend equipment longevity and reduce downtime.
- Develop and manage operational budgets for equipment operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department staff, ensuring a high-performance culture and succession planning within the team.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, corporate policies, and best practices.
- Set KPIs and monitor performance of equipment operations through system dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as the key liaison between the equipment department and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational and strategic matters.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, including digitalization, system integration, and alignment with future business unit structures.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 13–18 years of progressive experience in equipment operations or heavy equipment management.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of equipment lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and asset optimization.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and performance monitoring systems (KPIs & dashboards).
- Exposure to digital transformation, system integration, or operational automation initiatives.
