Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

Financial Management:
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.

Team Leadership & Development:
