Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities, including clinical, administrative, and support functions.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance patient experience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term operational strategies.
  • Translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and service innovation.

Financial Management:

  • Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational data to optimize revenue cycles and reduce waste.
  • Partner with finance teams to support forecasting, planning, and reporting.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, care standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and operational performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison with clinical teams, patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support communication strategies to ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and partnerships as needed.
