Director of Partnerships

The Director, Partnerships – GCC will lead the development and growth of strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia, with additional coverage across markets such as Kuwait. Based in Riyadh, this is a senior individual-contributor role focused on identifying, developing and closing new commercial partnerships that drive subscriber and revenue growth for a leading SVOD platform.

The successful candidate will build partnerships across telecoms, e-commerce, banking, payments, retail and other consumer sectors, creating opportunities around subscription bundling, content distribution and syndication. They will own the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and approaching prospective partners and engaging senior/C-suite decision-makers through to commercial negotiation, onboarding and launch.

The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of experience in partnerships, business development or digital services, ideally within OTT/VOD, telecoms or a related consumer digital business. Experience of managing telco partnerships and experience in digital services such as VOD, music and other subscription-based services is particularly important.

They should have a strong understanding of the Saudi and wider GCC ecosystem, a proven track record of closing revenue-generating partnerships and an established network of senior relationships across the region. This person must be highly commercial, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating independently. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
