Our client, a leading UAE-based Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Director Projects Control to lead Planning, Cost Control, Productivity, and Contracts functions across major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall Planning, Cost Control, and Contracts Management
• Oversee baseline schedules, tender programmes, progress reporting & delay analysis
• Drive cost monitoring, budgeting, cost-to-complete & variance analysis
• Manage commercial governance, change orders, claims & disputes
• Provide strategic insights, risk alerts & executive-level reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 2025 years of experience in a reputed construction firm
• Strong leadership in planning, cost control & contracts
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
