We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Revenue Management to lead and oversee financial audit governance across a complex, regulated licensing environment. This is a senior leadership role responsible for safeguarding revenue streams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening financial accountability across multiple licensed entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial audit strategies covering all licensed entities.
- Lead and oversee full-cycle financial audits, including risk assessments, audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with levy calculations, fee settlements, licensing agreements, and revenue recognition standards.
- Identify financial risks, control gaps, and compliance weaknesses, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee quarterly and annual revenue reporting, including review of returns submitted by licensees.
- Ensure alignment with financial reporting standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement within the audit function, leveraging technology and best-practice methodologies.
- Manage budgeting and resource planning for the audit and revenue protection function.
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights to leadership.
- Lead and develop a team of finance and audit professionals, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Licensing, Legal, and external stakeholders including regulators and government entities.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CMA, CIA, CPA or equivalent certifications preferred).
- 710 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in financial audit leadership.
- Strong expertise in financial auditing, regulatory compliance, revenue assurance, and risk management.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting standards and governance frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
