Job Purpose:

To lead the organization's risk management and business continuity functions by establishing robust risk governance frameworks, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks, and strengthening organizational resilience against operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance threats. The role ensures that risk management practices and business continuity strategies are embedded across the organization to support sustainable operations and strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across organizational operations, ensuring alignment with the enterprise risk management framework.
  • Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to track risk exposure and proactively address emerging threats.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity framework to safeguard information systems and data assets.
  • Direct cybersecurity audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures that strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Lead incident response planning and execution, ensuring effective and timely responses to security incidents and compliance breaches.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive organization-wide risk awareness and cybersecurity training programs to promote best practices and strengthen risk culture.
  • Integrate risk management and business continuity practices across all departments to ensure a proactive and coordinated approach to risk mitigation and organizational resilience.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in similar position.
