Position Summary
The Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, brand positioning, and sales team performance for Athoor Party & Entertainments Services.
This role owns inbound, outbound, and key accounts performance, ensuring structured forecasting, CRM discipline (Odoo), and achievement of annual revenue targets.
Key Objectives
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
Build structured sales strategy (Inbound, Outbound & Key Accounts)
Establish strong market positioning in UAE events & rental industry
Strengthen CRM governance and reporting
Improve conversion rates and client retention
Lead high-performance sales culture
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Growth
Develop and execute annual sales strategy and departmental budgets
Break down annual targets into monthly and individual KPIs
Identify new market segments (corporate, weddings, government, exhibitions)
Drive cross-selling and upselling strategies
2. Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead Inbound, Outbound & Key Accounts teams
Set individual performance targets and commission plans
Conduct weekly pipeline review meetings
Ensure accountability and structured follow-ups
Drive sales training and product knowledge improvement
3. CRM & Reporting (Odoo System)
Ensure 100% CRM usage discipline
Monitor lead status, conversion ratios, and lost reasons
Prepare weekly & monthly revenue reports
Track forecast vs actual performance
Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective strategies
4. Marketing & Brand Strategy
Develop integrated marketing plan (digital, social media, exhibitions, partnerships)
Oversee website, Google Ads, SEO & social presence
Manage corporate branding, catalogs & promotional materials
Strengthen employer branding initiatives
5. Client Relationship & Key Accounts
Maintain high-value corporate relationships
Negotiate major contracts and strategic deals
Monitor client satisfaction and retention rate
Handle escalated client concerns professionally
6. Budget & Cost Management
Control marketing spend with ROI tracking
Optimize lead acquisition cost
Ensure pricing strategy maintains profitability

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing or related field
8-12 years of sales leadership experience
Minimum 35 years in UAE events, rental, hospitality or related industry
Strong knowledge of UAE market
Experience managing CRM systems (Odoo preferred)
