Responsibilities
- Build the end-to-end Operating System encompassing clinical, commercial, operations, finance, expansion and HR workflows.
- Transform strategic initiatives into executable frameworks & standardized processes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of SOPs, policies, SLAs, process maps, templates, and playbooks.
- Lead automation across Notion, CRM, ERP, HRMS, contact center, data platforms.
- Establish systems for workflow automation, alerts, monitoring, real-time reporting.
- Build dashboards, performance scorecards, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with the CTO to ensure interoperability and system integrity.
- Design organizational structures, role charters, competency models, and department scorecards.
- Create company-wide KPIs/OKRs, performance management frameworks, and accountability systems.
- Collaborate with CHRO to institutionalize culture, capability-building, and operational discipline.
- Build a succession planning roadmap, leadership pipeline, and talent development architecture.
- Lead high-impact transformation initiatives across Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Finance, and HR.
- Drive execution of clinic expansions, M&A integrations, de novo clinic launches, and operational readiness.
- Establish governance mechanisms steering committees, PMO dashboards, reporting cadences.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with corporate strategy.
- Standardize processes so every new clinic can integrate seamlessly into the organizational ecosystem.
- Implement systems that enhance operational velocity and reduce variability.
Must-Have Background
Experience in management consulting OR transformation leadership within healthcare or multi-site chains.
Proven expertise in business process design and operational excellence
Automation tools and workflow platforms
Organizational design, KPI frameworks, OKRs.
Technical Capability 1.
Strong digital literacy across CRM/ERP systems, workflow automation, dashboards, BI tools.
