Job Description:

Experience

• 1525 years overall experience with:
• Strong engineering / technology leadership background
• Hands-on exposure to Buying / Merchandising systems in fashion retail

Prior experience in:

• Fashion / Apparel
• Large-scale SKU environments (10k+ SKUs)
• Experience working closely with buyers and planners is non-negotiable.

Must-Have Skills

• Deep understanding of:
• Buying cycles
• OTB & assortment planning
• In-season trading
• Supplier and lead-time management
• Drive API-first, modular architecture across buying, planning, and supply chain.
• Ensure platforms support omnichannel buying (store, online, marketplace).

Strong expertise in:

• Retail ERP & merchandising platforms
• Data platforms & analytics
• System integrations across PLM Buying Supply Chain POS
