A rare opportunity to shape the organisational blueprint of a highly complex, multi-market consumer group at enterprise level. Reporting to the VP, this role leads group-wide organisation strategy, governance and transformation across a sophisticated, matrixed, multi-entity environment.
Key scope includes:
Enterprise organisation design and operating model evolution
Group-wide organisational health frameworks and governance
Strategic Workforce Planning at scale
Executive-level facilitation and advisory
Leadership of complex, cross-functional transformation
We are seeking a senior Organisation Effectiveness leader with:
Proven leadership of large-scale organisation transformation
Deep expertise in organisation design, job architecture and evaluation frameworks
Enterprise-level Strategic Workforce Planning capability
Executive presence with credibility at C-suite level
Strong analytical depth combined with facilitation and storytelling capability
The ability to balance governance, structure and commercial agility
Typical backgrounds include:
Early career within top-tier or Big 4 consulting (Org Design, Workforce, Transformation) followed by transition into an in-house Group-level OE or transformation leadership role
or
An established in-house Director / Head of Organisation Effectiveness, Organisation Design or Strategic Workforce Planning within a complex regional or international group
In all cases, candidates must demonstrate hands-on ownership of enterprise-level organisation design and workforce strategy not purely advisory exposure.
Prior Middle East experience is not required, and global relocation is available for the successful candidate.
