Job Description
Role Purpose:
Lead Product Management, Design, and Digital Experiences across our digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for setting product and experience strategy, building and leading high-performing teams, and delivering cohesive, customer-centered digital experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. The Director will operate at the intersection of strategy, design, technology, and data: shaping both today's experiences and tomorrow's innovations. Additionally, will define how customers experience our digital products today while building the capabilities and experiences that will define our future.
Key Accountabilities:
1-Product Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and own the end-to-end product and digital experience vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product priorities and investment decisions.
- Establish product management best practices, operating models, and governance across teams.
- Serve as a senior advisor and thought partner to executive stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of customer obsession, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
2-Product Management & Delivery:
- Lead and mentor product managers responsible for discovery, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee portfolio-level planning, dependency management, and value realization.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution through agile and iterative delivery practices.
- Balance innovation, speed, quality, and risk across a complex product landscape.
3-Design, UX & Digital Experience:
- Set the vision and standards for user experience, interaction design, and digital accessibility.
- Lead design and research teams to deliver intuitive, inclusive, and cohesive experiences across digital channels.
- Ensure adoption and evolution of design systems and experience frameworks.
- Champion user research, journey mapping, and continuous experience optimization.
4-Innovation & Experience Incubation:
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and experience trends to inform future-state digital capabilities.
- Sponsor experimentation, rapid prototyping, and pilot initiatives.
- Incubate new digital products and experiences that differentiate the organization and unlock new value.
5-Product Operations, Insights & Analytics:
- Establish strong product operations, planning, and governance processes across the lifecycle.
- Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for product and experience performance.
- Ensure robust analytics, experimentation, and insight-driven decision-making.
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine strategy and priorities.

- Proven experience leading managers and senior individual contributors.
- Strong background in customer-centered design and modern product development practices.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex digital platforms or ecosystems at scale.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to drive prioritization and investment decisions.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing
