Section I: Job Purpose

The role holder will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships that elevate Company's portfolio and deliver exceptional retail, lifestyle, and destination experiences across luxury, wellness, sports, F&B, education, hospitality, and arts. The role requires extensive international experience and a proven track record in high-level partnerships, place activation, experience-led retail, and cultural placemaking while driving long-term strategy, securing high-value collaborations, and positioning the company as a leading developer in the luxury and high-end real estate market. With a focus on enhancing resident and visitor experiences, the role ensures all partnerships and activations drive brand excellence, commercial performance, cultural relevance, and long-term destination value.

Section II: Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Lead the identification, negotiation, and management of strategic partnerships with global brands across hospitality, education, retail, wellness, sports, art, and F&B.
  • Develop partnership strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and brand values.

Asset Mix Curation & Collaboration Development

  • Spearhead innovative asset collaborations that enhance community and destination value.
  • Ensure asset mix strategies evolve post-opening to remain aligned with market trends, consumer behavior, and long-term performance.
  • Integrate art, culture, education, hospitality, and wellness as core placemaking components.

Retail Space Curation & Tenancy Mix Enhancement

  • Lead the development of experiential retail environments aligned with brand and destination identity.
  • Drive tenant mix strategies that prioritize quality, experience, and long-term performance.
  • Ensure retail performance is evaluated using engagement, dwell time, and productivity metrics.

Place Management & Destination Performance

  • Oversee destination performance beyond launch, ensuring assets remain animated and relevant.
  • Lead annual programming calendars across culture, wellness, lifestyle, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations, facilities, and security teams to deliver seamless activations.

Commercial Performance & Value Creation

  • Ensure partnerships and activations contribute to revenue, tenant productivity, and asset value.
  • Evaluate ROI of partnerships and activations.
  • Support destination-driven valuation uplift and commercial sustainability.

Art, Culture & Creative Partnerships

  • Lead art-led partnerships and cultural initiatives reinforcing company's role as a patron of culture.
  • Curate relationships with artists, galleries, cultural institutions, and art fairs.
  • Integrate permanent and rotating art installations into destinations.
  • Leverage the company's sponsorship of Art Dubai to enhance cultural visibility and global relevance.

Brand Governance, Experience Standards & Quality Assurance

  • Act as custodian of brand values across all partnerships and activations.
  • Ensure experience standards and quality assurance across destinations.
  • Protect brand integrity and destination narrative.

Legal Compliance, Risk & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with RERA and all relevant regulations.
  • Manage reputational and operational risk linked to partnerships.
  • Prepare structured performance and market reports for senior management.

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Foster collaboration across development, leasing, marketing, and operations.

Section III: Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience partnerships, retail, real estate, or destination development.
  • Proven leadership experience in senior roles.
  • Drove strategic quality and performance of partnerships across priority markets.
  • Increased destination engagement and strengthened commercial sustainability.
  • Led and evaluated cultural programming to improve audience reach and relevance.
  • Contributed to asset value growth, brand positioning, and long-term portfolio performance.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Multilingual capability preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
