Job Description

Job Summary:

Highly strategic and results-driven Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales operations and customer relationship management functions within the real estate sector. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between Sales, CRM, Customer Service, and Collections functions across residential, commercial, and investment portfolios. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in real estate sales cycles, CRM strategy, digital transformation, collections management, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations to ensure streamlined workflows and high productivity.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Standardize sales procedures, documentation, and reporting across all branches.
  • Implement automation tools and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support sales teams with data analytics, documentation, pricing strategies, and operational alignment.
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Define and execute CRM strategies covering the full customer lifecycle (lead generation to post-sale service).
  • Lead implementation and optimization of CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP C4C, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Ensure accurate customer data capture, reporting, and analytics.
  • Enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Identify customer experience gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to elevate customer interaction and engagement.
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure seamless communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage collections strategies for installment plans, service fees, and outstanding receivables.
  • Ensure cash flow targets are achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Monitor collection risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in real estate Sales Operations and/or CRM management.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and investment real estate markets.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP C4C, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
