Role Description

The Director - Saudi Arabia will lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of EDAD operations within the region, working to achieve organizational goals and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and managing partnerships with schools, organizations, and community entities; overseeing capacity-building and leadership development programs; and ensuring the success of college admissions support services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and the ability to adapt to local contexts.

Qualifications

• Leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of educational systems, leadership development, and academic admissions processes
• Proven ability to manage teams, deliver results, and meet organizational goals
• Cultural awareness and understanding of the local and regional context in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
