About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships, delivering tailored investment solutions, and driving AUM growth through client acquisition and portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage relationships with high-value clients, providing bespoke investment advisory
- Drive AUM growth through new business development and deepening existing relationships
- Oversee portfolio management aligned with client objectives and risk profiles
- Present investment opportunities, product strategies, and performance updates with clarity
- Ensure full adherence to CMA regulations and internal policies
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and overall function performance
Experience/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 12–15+ years of experience in a financial or banking institution, with a strong background as a Relationship Manager or similar client-facing investment role
- Preferred: Experience in Wealth Management or a similar profession in the Middle East Market.
- Proven experience managing HNW/UHNW clients and family offices
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with leadership experience at a senior level
