Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dispensary Technician located in Badr City. The Dispensary Technician will oversee the preparation and dispensation of materials, assist in maintaining inventory, and ensure quality control and proper labelling. This role involves operating dispensary equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and adhering to safety standards while supporting production efficiency and accuracy.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform all warehouse operations (receipt, storage, and issue of Materials).
- Recording in the documentation system of Materials.
- Perform cleaning of all warehouse areas.
- Notify all breakdowns needed in all warehouse areas.
- Handling for all Stocks (Retest / Expiry) Date.
- Daily Monitoring Warehouse RH% % and temperature in all warehouse areas.
- Perform the dispensing process.
- Perform segregation rules in the storage process, like flammable, hazardous, solid and liquid materials, each in its dedicated place.
- Perform SOP instructions in the warehouse.
- Prepare materials for a quality chemist for sampling.
- Perform the cleaning process for dispensing and sampling rooms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience is a Must
- Experience in a pharmacy, dispensary, or regulated retail environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and tracking formulations
- Strong skills in quality assurance and adherence to safety measures
- Ability to operate and maintain dispensary equipment effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and procedures is an advantage.
