A leading law firm in Dubai is seeking a Bilingual Disputes Associate to join its disputes practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer with hands-on experience before the UAE Courts who is confident drafting pleadings and submissions in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing clients in disputes before the UAE Courts and other local judicial bodies
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, and court filings in Arabic
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and procedural matters
- Assisting on commercial, civil, and employment disputes
- Liaising with court officials, experts, and opposing counsel
- Supporting arbitration and settlement negotiations where required
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a recognised law degree
- 3+ years experience in disputes and litigation
- Demonstrable experience before the UAE Courts
- Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken), with strong Arabic legal drafting skills
