Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a District Manager, located in Cairo East, Egypt. The District Manager will oversee the daily operations and performance of assigned territories, ensuring that sales targets are met. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring sales performance, managing client relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The District Manager will also be responsible for training staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship with dermatologists is a MUST
- Cairo East residents only
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Experience in the medical aesthetics or cosmetics at same job role is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or science only
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
