Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager based in Alexandria. The District Manager will oversee sales performance, manage a team of representatives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and providing mentorship to team members. The District Manager will also track performance metrics and work closely with leadership to align strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and ability to effectively motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Experience in sales performance monitoring, target setting, and developing sales strategies
- Proficiency in relationship-building with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends and evaluate metrics to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria and travel within the district as required
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
