Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Implement the strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of medical representatives .

Identify strategic business opportunities and assumes accountability to achieve standards of excellence aligned with work unit and corporate objectives.

Reviews them regularly on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed.

Ensure, implements of sales plan for his/her line tracks, pushes, and motivates sales team.

Build strong trading relationships with key decision makers in distribution channels ensuring the proper availability and delivery of our products.

Job Qualifications:

* Resident in Cairo.

A degree in Pharmacy, Vet Medicine, or Science.

Minimum 2 years of Experience as District Sales Manager in a reputable pharmaceutical company with successful sales record for both established products and newly launched products.

Competencies Required:

Excellent leadership capabilities.

Coaching ,planning and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
