Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Alexandria, Egypt, combines on-site work with the flexibility of remote tasks. The District Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, manage relationships with partners and clients, set and achieve sales targets, and provide training to the sales team. The role includes developing and implementing efficient sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills, including experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and client communication abilities
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or health industries is highly preferred
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable business plans
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science.
  • Proficiency in managing hybrid work responsibilities in both on-site and remote settings
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
