Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage project documents (drawings, contracts, reports, submittals, RFIs, etc.).
  • Ensure proper document control procedures are followed.
  • Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Maintain updated logs (Document Register, Submittal Log, RFI Log, Drawing Log).
  • Coordinate with project team, consultants, and clients for document submissions.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed (hard copy & soft copy).
  • Assist in preparing reports as required by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Archive completed project documents properly.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • 36 years of experience as Document Controller (Construction experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with document management systems (Aconex, EDMS, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
