Job Description
Maintain and update document control processes and procedures.
Maintain incoming and out coming documentation circle.
Develop and maintain the Documents Management System.
Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, recording and archiving)
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required.
Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data.
Ensure all documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored
Job Requirements
BSc degree in relevant field
Proven work experience as a Document Controller for 2-4 years
Familiarity with project management
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Data organization skills
Attention to detail
Qualifications
Proficiency in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
Expertise in Records Management and maintaining organized systems
Strong Communication skills
Proficiency in document management software and other relevant tools
Experience in the contracting or project management industry is a plus
