Document Controller

We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in the UAE and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Document Controller.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Engineering / Business Administration / Information Management) – Mandatory
• Diploma or training in Document Control / Records Management – Preferred
• 5 years + experience as Document Control Officer (PMC Level)
• Experience in Document control procedures and DMS systems (Aconex preferred), Transmittals and document tracking
• Experience in construction / PMC environments is preferred
• Strong coordination with Engineering teams, Contracts & Commercial teams, QA/QC team
• Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed-Use Developments
