- Maintain, organize, and control company documents (digital and physical)
- Ensure documents are properly named, filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible
- Manage document updates, revisions, and approvals
- Support teams with document formatting and compliance requirements
- Always maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks as needed
4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Works closely with legal, Finance, HR and the management team
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Education / Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Experience: 13 years of experience as a Document Controller, Records Officer, or Administrative Support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with MS Office, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar document management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Must hold a valid personal visa (spouse/family/freelance visa)
