Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Controller to support our team with document control and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a working mother or a professional looking for part-time work with hybrid working arrangements.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and control company documents (digital and physical)
  • Ensure documents are properly named, filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible
  • Manage document updates, revisions, and approvals
  • Support teams with document formatting and compliance requirements
  • Always maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
  • Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks as needed

4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Internal: Works closely with legal, Finance, HR and the management team

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Education / Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience: 13 years of experience as a Document Controller, Records Officer, or Administrative Support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with MS Office, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar document management systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Must hold a valid personal visa (spouse/family/freelance visa)
