We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records in both electronic and hard-copy formats. The role ensures documents are accurately controlled, updated, and accessible while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, track, and control project and organizational documents.
- Maintain document control systems to ensure accurate version control and traceability.
- Review documents for completeness, format, and compliance with standards before distribution.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely acknowledgements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Track document revisions, approvals, and archiving in line with document control procedures.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and filing systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of document control procedures and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines.
