Document Controller
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, record, and file all incoming and outgoing documents.
Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy documents.
Ensure that all documents are correctly labeled, indexed, and archived.
Track document revisions and maintain version control.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper document flow.
Assist in document retrieval for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.
Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of document control software.
Assist in training team members on document control best practices.
Job Details :
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably with UAE experience.
Knowledge of document management software and systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
