Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and manage all project documentation including drawings, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and correspondences.
- Ensure all documents are properly numbered, formatted, and stored according to company and project standards.
- Control the distribution of documents to project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Track document submissions, approvals, revisions, and pending actions.
- Maintain and update the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) such as PM Web, Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all project records.
- Manage version control to ensure only current and approved documents are in circulation.
- Prepare regular document status reports for management and project leadership.
- Assist in compiling project handover documents including O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and project managers to ensure timely documentation flow and compliance with project requirements.
Experience And Qualification
Minimum67 years of document control experience in construction or engineering projects.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
