Job Description

Role Overview:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and easy accessibility. The role involves controlling document flow, maintaining version control, and ensuring that only the latest approved documents are distributed to relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, the Document Controller supports project teams by ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and archiving of records, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE as a Document Controller within construction projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Aconex, EDMS, or similar document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
  • Can join immediately
