Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Domestic Sales Specialist, based in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The Domestic Sales Specialist will manage and develop local markets, build and maintain strong relationships with domestic clients, and identify new business opportunities within the local market.

Responsibilities include negotiating sales agreements, achieving sales targets, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and providing ongoing customer support to maintain high satisfaction levels. Additional duties include conducting local market research, preparing sales performance reports, monitoring competitors, and collaborating with management to support the company's sales strategy and overall business objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in local sales, preferably within the plastics, Polymers, filler masterbatch, color masterbatch, or industrial factories.
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
