As a
Doorman, you will be the first and last impression of our guests experience. With a welcoming smile and polished demeanor, you will manage guest arrivals and departures, offer assistance, and reflect the elegance and service excellence of the world's tallest hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive and depart from the property.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests, offering assistance as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, and coordinate with the bell team for seamless service.
- Maintain a strong presence at the main entrance, providing a sense of security and elegance.
- Provide accurate directions, answer questions, and offer local insights when requested.
- Coordinate guest transportation and valet services, ensuring smooth vehicle flow at the entrance.
- Monitor and manage the driveway, ensuring it remains safe and organized at all times.
- Recognize VIP and repeat guests, and provide personalized service when applicable.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and lobby area.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or guest feedback to the appropriate supervisor.
- Previous experience as a doorman or in a guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Good physical condition and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of local attractions, directions, and transportation options is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
