We are looking for a proactive and experienced .NET Application Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for enterprise web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in troubleshooting, debugging, patch management, and working closely with development teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET) and SQL queries.
- Support and troubleshoot web-based applications (mandatory).
- Analyze and debug C# / JavaScript-based applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform maintenance tasks, bug fixes, and application updates.
- Provide technical consultation and support to development teams.
- Handle Patch Management and Version Control activities.
- Follow ITIL processes including Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a computer-related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in an L2 application support role.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and debugging methodologies.
- Strong experience supporting web applications (required).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem Management and related practices).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bilingual: Arabic & English (verbal and written)
