Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate concepts into accurate designs.
• Prepare and modify construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
• Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and other drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a must.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
