We are looking for an experienced Draftsman specializing in Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines to join our growing project team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and proven involvement in high-rise buildings and/or 5-star hotel projects, with strong expertise in preparing coordinated construction and shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop structural, architectural, and MEP shop drawings, layouts, sections, and detailed drawings based on approved designs.
- Review IFC drawings and produce coordinated drawings in line with project specifications.
- Ensure proper coordination between Structural, Architectural, and MEP systems to avoid clashes.
- Update drawings based on consultant comments, site instructions, and design revisions.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control.
- Support project engineers and site teams with technical drafting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, authority regulations, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in construction projects.
- Mandatory experience working on 5-star hotels, high-rise buildings, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and coordination practices.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM modeling is highly preferred.
- Experience in the preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and drawing practices.
