Draftsman

• Position - Draftsman
• Location of work: Sharjah
• Qualification: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Certified AutoCAD Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project plans and submit to manager.
• Document and save plans in the database.
• Coordinate issuance of Land Clearance Certificates (LCC).
• Maintain and update project drawings and data.
• Implement annual operational plan and performance indicators.
• Support Emiratization goals and employee training.
• Supervise team, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Review and improve processes, policies, and promote innovation and sustainability.
• Ensure adherence to excellence, confidentiality, safety, and security standards.
• Perform tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification: Certified AutoCAD Professional.
• Experience: 04 years.
• Skills: Familiarity with engineering drawing systems, knowledge of computer systems.
• Languages: English (Required), Arabic (Preferred).
