Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings including foundations, equipment foundations, underground utilities, grading, paving, and concrete structures.
- Develop drawings such as GA drawings, sections, details, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil/Structural Engineers to understand design requirements and incorporate comments and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, ADNOC standards, Technip standards, and relevant international codes.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, technical queries (TQs), and change requests.
- Support construction teams by providing accurate drawings and timely revisions.
- Maintain proper documentation control of drawings and revisions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination with Mechanical, Piping, E&I, and other departments.
- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion.
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Experience with SmartPlant / MicroStation is an advantage
- Good understanding of civil and structural drawings for Oil & Gas plants
- Familiarity with ADNOC, Technip, and international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO)
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Draftsmanship
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in Oil & Gas plant construction projects
Additional Requirements - Experience working on ADNOC or other Middle East Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of site construction practices and materials
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
