Draftsman – Villa Construction Projects | Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Draftsman to join our team, specializing in the construction of villa projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in preparing detailed drawings and supporting site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction/shop drawings for villa projects
- Develop architectural, structural, and/or MEP drawings as required
- Produce as-built drawings based on actual site conditions
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants
- Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality and relevant authority regulations
- Review and update drawings based on site changes and client feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in villa construction projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
- Good understanding of construction processes and detailing for villas
- Familiarity with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
