Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer – Fitout to manage and supervise interior fitout projects on-site. The candidate will ensure smooth execution, quality control, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fitout projects
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Handle material requisitions and ensure proper usage on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in interior fitout projects (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of drawings (AutoCAD, shop drawings, etc.)
- Experience in handling MEP coordination is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, retail, or residential fitout projects
- Knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and materials
- UAE experience preferred
