DTS Security Specialist

DTS Security Specialist I (3+ Years Experience)

Responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of endpoint, device, and mobile security systems within the Devices & Telco Security Tower. This role supports secure configuration, incident handling, and compliance operations for managed devices and IoT endpoints within mission-critical network environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain endpoint and device security platforms such as EDR, MDM, and MTD solutions (e.g., Matrix42, Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, SentinelOne).

- Support device onboarding, compliance enforcement, and threat monitoring for corporate and field devices.

- Monitor and respond to endpoint alerts, malware detections, and behavioral anomalies in coordination with SOC teams.

- Ensure timely application of patches, firmware updates, and device security policies.

- Administer IoT platform access and configurations in alignment with defined security baselines.

- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and configuration records for endpoint and mobile security tools.

- Assist in vulnerability remediation, device risk scoring, and compliance reporting activities.

Shift Coverage

85 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on-call rotation for P1 and P2 incidents.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in endpoint, mobile, or device security operations.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Intune or Matrix42 UEM Certification.

- CompTIA Security+ or Mobility+.

- SentinelOne or CrowdStrike Certified Administrator.

Reporting Line

Reports to Devices & Telco Security Tower Lead.
