Role Overview
The Local Supervisor is a dual-focused role, balancing operational excellence with a strong emphasis on commercial growth, client engagement and local market connection. As a key player in both daily experiences and broader outreach, this role requires someone who is both an exceptional communicator and a hands-on operator. The Local Supervisor will be responsible for driving client connection in the room, representing SANCTUM with warmth and confidence, and ensuring seamless execution of experiences. They will also play a pivotal role in engaging local communities, supporting retention strategies, and amplifying SANCTUM's presence both in person and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Community Engagement
- Be a magnetic presence in the room, welcoming clients, building rapport, and ensuring every individual feels seen, supported and part of the SANCTUM community
- Serve as the in-person brand ambassador, embodying the spirit and energy of SANCTUM during every experience
- Own and elevate client communication, both on shift and through follow-up, with a tone that is personal, commercially minded and aligned with the brand voice
- Lead local outreach initiatives to nurture relationships with community partners, local influencers and potential collaborators
- Create and manage localised content for social media, collaborating with the marketing team where needed
- Commercial Outreach & Retention
- Support client retention strategies through thoughtful engagement, check-ins and recognising individual client journeys
- Contribute to local area marketing initiatives such as flyering, in-studio promotions and grassroots outreach with creativity and intent
- Champion commercial performance through upsell opportunities, merchandise promotion and class pack awareness
- Event & Class Support
- Be present at all SANCTUM experiences and events, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with brand standards
- Lead and support head angels, providing guidance, oversight and encouragement during live experiences
- Manage setup, breakdown and coordination on the ground to ensure a seamless and elevated client journey
- Operational Administration & Coordination
- Oversee scheduling, venue communication, supply orders and inventory maintenance
- Manage laundry and materials logistics with attention to detail and foresight
- Collaborate closely with the Local Operations Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of all operational needs
- Staff Support & Brand Standards
- Train and coach head angels to deliver a consistent, warm and high-touch client experience
- Uphold and audit brand standards regularly, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating team wins
