JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for the management of the digital partners in order to promote online sales and ensure a seamless experience for the customers.

Strategic Responsibilities
- To support in the planning and implementation of ecommerce strategies across the Organisation.
- Digital partners target achievements
- Identify best practices in ecommerce in order to give the business a competitive edge in the market.
Functional Responsibilities
- To maintain To ensure MHGBoutique and other digital partners website health by following up on regular technical (back-end & Front-end) check-ups including store Design, functionality, security & 3rd party applications integration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders of digital partners to ensure all product information is updated in a timely manner, and is accurate.
- Manage stocks and inventory based on products availability in order to improve customer retention
- Identify ways to engage with customers and increase sales/ conversion from the website as well as redirecting traffic from other related websites
- Coordination with CRM team on daily basis for orders, complaints follow up and resolution within the defined SLAs.
- Monitor competitors and look-alike websites for optimizations & upgrade opportunities.
- Monitor performance on click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis, etc to identify growth/optimization opportunities
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports (Finance, website analytics and customers engagement)
- Manage and monitor e-newsletter sent to current & new customers on weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure other websites (Corporate & brands) are under full security through daily check lists, testing and auditing
- Maximize online reach & awareness through Omni-channels to increase conversion rate.
