E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

Alrahden is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Key Account Manager to manage and develop the company's key accounts across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Ninja. The role focuses on driving online sales growth, optimizing product performance, and strengthening the company's presence across digital commerce channels.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Key Account Management
  • Manage and maintain the company's key accounts across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Ninja.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace account managers.
  • Coordinate with platform partners to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and operational requirements.
  • Sales Growth & Performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Support the execution of sales plans and initiatives for online channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance and increase sales within the platforms.
  • Product Listing Management
  • Manage product listings across marketplaces including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
  • Optimize product listings using Marketplace SEO techniques (titles, keywords, product descriptions).
  • Monitor product visibility and improve ranking within marketplace search results.
  • Marketplace Operations
  • Monitor daily orders and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate product availability and inventory updates across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries through marketplace platforms.
  • Handle returns and customer complaints in accordance with marketplace policies.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities within the platforms.
  • Provide recommendations to improve product competitiveness.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports covering:
  • Sales performance across marketplaces
  • Best and worst performing products
  • Promotional campaign performance
  • Analyze marketplace data to support business decisions and performance improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in e-commerce account management or marketplace operations (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations and online merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Good understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
  • Knowledge of Marketplace SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with promotional tools within marketplace platforms.
  • Strong organizational and operational follow-up skills.
