The Role
For our Dubai HQ, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business in the UAE and international markets.
The role will be responsible for developing the e-commerce strategy, driving online sales and improving the overall digital customer experience, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability;
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, product catalogue and online merchandising;
- Monitor key KPIs including sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic and customer retention;
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, CRO and customer journey;
- Coordinate digital campaigns, promotions and product launches across online channels;
- Manage CRM, email marketing and customer retention activities;
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities;
- Coordinate external agencies and technology partners.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Management, preferably in beauty, fashion or retail;
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce analytics;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, SEO and conversion optimization;
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus;
- Passion for beauty, fashion and digital innovation.
