JOB PURPOSE
The E-Commerce Marketing Executive Fashion supports the digital growth of AKI Fashion brands across owned e-commerce platforms and key fashion/lifestyle marketplaces (e.g., Namshi, Mumzworld, Noon, Amazon, etc.).
The role is responsible for creative content, multimedia production, digital merchandising, marketplace execution, and bilingual customer/community management, ensuring strong brand visibility, engaging storytelling, and optimized performance that drives online revenue.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Creative Writing & Content Creation
- Develop high-quality creative writing and brand-aligned content for product pages, campaigns, CRM, and social media.
- Write and adapt product descriptions, fashion stories, category copy, gifting narratives, and seasonal messaging across brands.
- Ensure content tone matches each brand identity (e.g., kidswear, lifestyle, premium, casual).
2. Video & Audio Production
- Create and edit short-form and long-form fashion content for e-commerce and social channels.
- Produce product videos, styling reels, try-on edits, store/event recap videos, and promotional assets.
- Required tools: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, iMovie.
3. Digital Media & Social Media
- Create social-first e-commerce content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Support audience engagement, community growth, and trend-based content execution.
- Monitor social/digital analytics and optimize content based on performance (reach, CTR, engagement, conversions).
- Coordinate with influencers and brand teams to align commerce launches and campaigns.
4. E-Commerce Operations & Merchandising (Fashion)
- Support daily e-commerce merchandising: new arrivals, seasonal edits, collections, categories, and bundles.
- Execute online promotions and campaign placements (hero banners, landing pages, wireframes).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, clean, priced, and visually aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor stock visibility, pricing consistency, and category health.
5. Marketplaces Management
- Manage brand presence and content across Namshi, Mumzworld, Noon, Amazon and other approved fashion marketplaces.
- Coordinate assortment uploads, content optimization, pricing, promotions, and visibility placements per marketplace.
- Track marketplace performance and implement corrective actions to improve sales and ranking.
- Support onboarding of new brands/collections into marketplaces.
6. Customer Service & Community Management (English & Arabic)
- Handle online customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across e-commerce, marketplaces, and social platforms.
- Provide bilingual support in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while protecting brand tone and customer experience.
- Escalate CX issues with operations/logistics and follow through to closure.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Track daily/weekly performance for e-commerce and marketplaces (traffic, conversion, ATV/UPT, sell-through, ROAS).
- Monitor campaign ROI and content effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communication, Media, or a related field
- Customer service and community management in both English and Arabic (written & spoken)
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
Technical / Functional
- Fashion e-commerce merchandising & product listing
- Strong creative writing and fashion storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in video editing & multimedia production (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, iMovie)
- Social media content creation, audience engagement, and analytics monitoring
- Marketplace operations experience (Namshi, Mumzworld, Noon, Amazon) is a plus
- Customer service and Community Management in English and Arabic
- Prior experience in fashion retail / fashion brands is a strong advantage
