Role Description

  • Order Management & Packaging:

Handling the full order cycle-order confirmation, preparing items, packaging, and coordinating with shipping companies until the order is successfully delivered.

  • Quality Control:

Performing quality checks on products before packaging and ensuring packaging materials meet brand standards.

  • Shipping & Delivery Coordination:

Track orders with our shipping partners, resolve any delays, and provide customers with timely updates and tracking information.

  • Inventory Management:

Tracking stock levels, updating inventory records, and ensuring product availability.

  • After-sales support:

Managing exchange, return, and maintenance requests while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  • Customer Communication:

Resolving complex customer cases and issues in a professional, solution-oriented manner and assisting in responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, or email when needed.

  • Order Tracking & Reporting

Maintain and instantly update the orders dashboard and tracking sheets, ensuring order statuses, follow-ups, and delivery progress are accurately recorded.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 12 years in e-commerce operations, logistics, customer service, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome if highly committed).
  • Education: Graduate or undergraduate.
  • Languages: Good English and Arabic communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Commitment: Very strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to check order details, verify product condition, ensure correct packaging, and maintain quality standards.
  • Commercial Mindset: Interest in understanding product performance, customer preferences, and what sells best.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Punctuality & Reliability: Must follow timelines, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, WooCommerce dashboard, and communication software (WhatsApp Business, email support, etc.).
