What You'll Be Doing:
As an eCommerce Site Merchandiser, you will play a key role in shaping the online customer experience and driving commercial performance across the app and website.
Assortment & Merchandising Strategy
- Curate product assortments by balancing best sellers, new launches, and hidden heroes.
- Plan and execute category- and brand-level merchandising campaigns, launches, and site-wide events.
- Own the merchandising strategy to meet commercial and business goals.
Site Experience & Navigation
- Own site navigation, filters, and taxonomy to enhance product discoverability.
- Manage homepage, landing pages, banners, modules, and product recommendations.
- Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) through imagery, reviews, cross-sell/upsell, and promotions.
Brand Presentation & Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent, premium brand presentation across all digital touchpoints.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality online shopping experience aligned with brand values.
Commercial & Performance Optimization
- Leverage sales and customer behavior data to improve conversion and revenue.
- Drive continuous CRO initiatives through testing, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
- Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Customer Insights & Reporting
- Analyze customer search and browsing behavior to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report key KPIs on both scheduled and ad-hoc bases.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of e-commerce trends.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising.
- Experience managing large catalogs and high SKU volumes.
- Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or marketplace platforms is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Excel, BI tools, Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce funnel mechanics.
- Ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and customer journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, strong operational discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A creative yet analytical thinker who thrives in a data-driven environment.
Systems & Tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent tools is a plus.
