Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to oversee and grow our online store specializing in office supplies, electronics, and printer-related products. The role involves managing product listings, coordinating with local suppliers, and executing marketing strategies to maximize sales and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1 Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and availability across the online store.

2 Coordinate with local suppliers to ensure accurate inventory updates and smooth order fulfillment.

3 Monitor store performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

4 Collaborate with the content team to enhance product descriptions and improve SEO performance.

5 Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

6 Prepare regular reports on traffic, sales performance, and marketing KPIs.

Requirements

Requirements

1 Proven experience managing e-commerce stores.

2 Hands-on experience with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar systems.

3 Strong understanding of supplier coordination and drop-shipping operations.

4 Solid background in digital marketing, including PPC, social media advertising, and analytics.

5 Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

6 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Nice to Have

1 Previous experience selling electronics, printer consumables, or office supplies.

2 Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.

3 Basic understanding of technical product specifications (e.g., printer components, ink and toner types)
