Provide technical expertise to enable a world-class business environment by implementing performance measurement frameworks, analyzing business indicators, and driving initiatives that enhance the ease of doing business in alignment with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated frameworks to measure and monitor business environment performance across the customer journey.
- Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations and corrective measures.
- Conduct benchmarking studies comparing local indicators with regional and global standards to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and support the Customer Journey Committee, including planning, documentation, and follow-up on recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersincluding government entities, the private sector, and strategic partnersto drive business environment enhancements.
- Monitor improvement initiatives, evaluate progress, and apply corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on performance outcomes and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in relevant committees and task forces to provide technical expertise.
- Prepare periodic reports outlining results and recommendations to enhance performance and improve indicators.
- Provide technical expertise and continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of improvement initiatives, applying corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, CBPP, or Quality Management Professional certification.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic; advanced in English.
