We're partnering with a growing fashion & lifestyle business looking to hire an eCommerce Assistant into their digital team.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role supporting the day-to-day running of the online store — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build real experience in digital trading and online merchandising.
You'll be working closely with the wider team to ensure products go live correctly, the website is kept up to date, and customers have a smooth online experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Upload and maintain products across the website and online platforms
- Ensure all product information (images, descriptions, pricing) is accurate and complete
- Support website updates including homepage, categories, and promotions
- Carry out daily checks to make sure the site is trading correctly
- Assist with product organisation, sorting, and on-site visibility
- Help improve product discoverability through tagging and search optimisation
- Monitor basic performance metrics and highlight any issues or opportunities
- Support general eCommerce and trading tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or admin-based roles
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic data
- Good communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
